Technical Venture Studio (complementary AI)

We co‑build with startups/AI projects that fit with CodeflowX. We provide platform, CTO‑type technical guidance, access to Leka Labs and our partners channel. You bring the product and market focus.

Program by selection. We don't publish prices here: each case is agreed according to scope, milestone and strategic fit. This program doesn't replace the Startups Program, it extends it for AI initiatives that can be part of the CodeflowX ecosystem.

What we're looking for (fit with CodeflowX)

AI projects that extend CodeflowX value without overlapping:

Inference/applications: voice (STT/TTS) and real‑time translation; in‑store vision (cameras, retail) with reproducible pipelines; intelligent marketing analytics.

Agents/NLP: specialized agent construction (tools, reasoning) that can integrate as plugins.

Multimodal and verticals: domains where data/ROI is clear (support, e‑commerce, legal, health) and need self‑hosted/privacy.

Extensibility: SDK, plugins and "Leka libraries" that any client/partner can install.

What we provide (no smoke)

CodeflowX platform (self‑hosted) with ready modules: VibeCoding, RAG, Serving, Agents+BPMN, Training, Observability and Governance.

CTO clinic for product/architecture (up to a number of agreed hours/month).

Access to Leka Labs (pre‑GA features under NDA) and the Hub (partners/startups).

Ecosystem credentials: SDK, plugin catalog and "Leka libraries" to package what you build.

In later phases: intros to funds/hubs in our radar (if it meets metrics).

Collaboration modalities (to be agreed per project)

Build On: the project is built "on top of" CodeflowX (uses modules, SDK and marketplace).

Build With: we co‑design architecture, datasets and evaluation; you operate the product.

Co‑build (selective): we contribute with specific engineering (e.g., adapter/plugin), with consideration (equity/royalties/services).

Always with milestones and deliverables. Without replacing your team: we accelerate you, we don't replace you.

Example initiatives (realistic)

Specialized IDE for CodeflowX (Cursor-type)

Pipeline: editor with intelligent autocomplete, direct deploy to CodeflowX, AI debugging and specific templates.

Fit: developers using CodeflowX need an integrated and optimized workflow.

What we provide: CodeflowX APIs, autocomplete models, deploy infrastructure and usage metrics.

Feasible milestone: MVP with basic autocomplete, direct deploy and 2-3 Technology Pack templates.

Real‑time voice translation ("universal translator" type)

Pipeline: STT → translation with glossaries → TTS (low latency), packaged as plugin + endpoints.

Fit: self‑hosted deployment in retail/support; cost and log control per endpoint.

What we provide: Serving + metrics/alerts, STT/TTS plugins, A/B and governance (filters/PII).

Feasible milestone: vertical demo with P95 < 1.5–2.0s on moderate GPU; "1‑click deploy".

In‑store vision (detection/counters/security)

Pipeline: ingestion from cameras → vision inference → events → dashboard/alerts.

Fit: privacy and data residency; metrics and governance.

What we provide: agents/BPMN, observability, Vector Store (if applicable) and SDK for vision plugin.

Milestone: POC with 1–2 cameras and KPIs panel; hardening guide.

NLP agents platform (specific builder)

Pipeline: tool design, memories and policies; publication as plugins and BPMN flows.

Fit: native integration with CodeflowX (marketplace and SDK).

What we provide: Agents+BPMN, evaluation (security/robustness), governance and marketplace.

Milestone: 2–3 packaged agents + reproducible evaluations and plugin card.

Intelligent marketing analytics (text + events)

Pipeline: ingestion (CRM/webinar/email), RAG on assets, insight generation and actions.

Fit: multi‑tenant, privacy and auditability.

What we provide: ingestion, RAG, per‑client endpoints, metrics and governance.

Milestone: reproducible dashboard per tenant and 1–2 integrated "actions" (plugin).

Intellectual property and publication

Product IP: from the project/startup. We retain platform IP and generic contributions (base SDK/plugins).

Publication: package yours as plugin/pack or AI Solution for the marketplace (EU/LATAM), with clear licenses and support.

Revenue: sale/license to end client (you) + distribution through our channel (partners) if we agree.

Application

(form): problem, fit with CodeflowX, team and first milestone.

Technical review

(CTO clinic): architecture, datasets, evaluation, governance.

Agreement

modality (Build On/With/Co‑build), milestones and consideration (services/equity/royalties).

Execution

CodeflowX environment, initial plugin/pack and vertical demo.

From the first milestone, if there's fit, we consider intros to funds/hubs.

What we measure

Time to first milestone (4–8 weeks).

Latency/cost/ROI per case (reproducible).

% integration in CodeflowX (SDK/plugins/AI Solutions).

Partner/client interest (channel leads).
