Startups Program (direct line)

We accompany startups with special license, technical advisory type "CTO clinic" and access to labs/packs so they can launch their MVP and grow without lock‑in. The price adapts to the size and evolution of the startup.

Programa Startups

This program is direct with CodeflowX (does not compete with agreements we have with funds/hubs, where we can apply conditions specific to the fund).

Duration: up to 3 years from registration, with annual review according to growth. L3 technical support (not functional). Implementation is done by a certified partner.

Eligibility (requirements)

Startup with ≤ 50 people or ≤ 3 years of life, or ARR < 3 M€.
Operation in EU or LATAM.
Accepts working with a certified partner for delivery/implementation (we only do L3 technical).
Commitment to real use (activation in 60–90 days) and annual report of basic indicators (startup volume and billing to review tier).

What's included (Startup license)

CodeflowX license with program capabilities (base Starter with extras):
Basic VibeCoding (templates) + 1 Technology Pack included.
Operational RAG (local Qdrant + 1 commercial), A/B and basic metrics.
Per‑client endpoints (basic): token/QPS budgets, API keys and IP allowlist.
Simple training (PEFT/adapters) with basic evaluation (moderated jobs).
Stable API v1 (12 months) and SDKs (REST v1 + gRPC).
CTO clinic: up to 4 h/month of technical office (architecture, product approach, MVP plan, metrics/ROI).
Complete Learning Labs + 200–500 € in marketplace credits (Packs/Plugins) year 1.
Access to CodeflowX Hub (partners/startups community) and technical communications.

Development/implementation is done by a certified partner (we don't do functional consulting). We can present 2–3 partners with good fit.

Limits and commitments

The CTO clinic is guidance (not development). For work > 4 h/month or deliverables, a partner is hired.
Annual report (voluntary and high level) of billing to review price tier.
Reasonable use of compute (according to plan) and respect for TOS/acceptable use.
Telemetry OFF by default; opt‑in for analytics in Community/Labs.

(1–2 weeks): v0.10 installation, 60' checklist, partner assignment and CTO clinic schedule.

Annual review

we validate price tier and adjust if applicable (within the 2.500–8.000 € range).

Typical use cases

Support/sales copilot with RAG and appointments; per‑client endpoint if you're SaaS.
MVP with VibeCoding (forms + agent + RAG) and self‑hosted deployment.
Training by domain (LoRA/QLoRA) with evaluation and 1‑click deployment.
Migration of vector store to reduce costs and avoid lock‑in.

Legal and channel

Startup Program contract (commercial annex) + DPA if applicable.
Delivery/implementation: via certified partner (SLA, scope and price agreed with the partner).
If there's an agreement with your fund/hub, there may be an alternative condition (you'll be informed before signing).
