What it is

Founder Groups (dates, conditions and quotas)

Limited spots. Each group closes by date or quota, whichever comes first. Assignment by payment order (first paid, first served).

If a plan runs out of spots in a group, we automatically offer you the next available window with the corresponding discount.

Discounts apply to current standard rate and are frozen for 36 months. After that, you access continuity benefits.

  • Support and patches on official branch; custom changes and forks are excluded (separate services).

2025 capacity: max. 8–10 managed EA clients. Selection by technical suitability. For more complexity (pre‑prod, HA or >5 portals), consult upgrade to Managed Plus.

Payment method and guarantee

  • Preferred payment: annual in advance.
  • Installation/deployment: setup fee (non‑refundable) to cover installation and hardening.
  • 30‑day guarantee on the license for justified causes (technical incompatibilities not resolvable with published requirements; non‑compliance of a critical flow marked as GA not corrected in reasonable time; severe degradations attributable to the software). Excludes scope changes, unsupported environments or misaligned expectations. If refund applies, the license is returned after uninstallation and key revocation; setup is not refunded.

Plan changes (Founders)

  • Upgrade plan: at any time. Prorated billing until anniversary. If it requires more instances/HA, incremental setup applies. You maintain your Founder discount percentage for 36 months.
  • Downgrade plan: only effective at annual renewal, with minimum 30 days notice.
  • Temporary boost (30–60 days): activates higher plan features without definitive plan change. Recommended price: 15% of the annual price of the higher plan divided by 12.

Continuity benefits after 36 months ("Founder – Loyalty" status)

  • Lifetime discount: -25% on current standard rate while maintaining active subscription (without interruptions).
  • Price predictability: annual increase cap harmonized CPI (HICP) + 3 p. p. (max. 7% annually).
  • Annual benefits: 8 hours of Customer Success / architecture, early access (60 days) to major releases, seat on the Roadmap Council (with prioritization vote), "Founder Partner" badge in our directory and co‑marketing options, license portability between end clients of the same agency up to 2 times/year (with notice and checklist).

Module status

We publish biweekly release notes and public roadmap. We prioritize based on feedback from Founder Groups.

Technical requirements (summary)

What we expect from you

  • Structured feedback (monthly survey + 1 quarterly session).
  • Permission to use logo and a success case in 90 days (if applicable).
  • Respect for the functional limits of the chosen plan.

Founder SLA

  • Critical incidents (P1): response < 24 h (business days).
  • P2/P3: response < 48 h (business days).
